Time Management Techniques In class we have created a Weekly Schedule Prioritizing Tasks. We practiced creating a practical schedule that focuses on high-priority tasks. Instructions: Use templates or blank weekly planners What are prioritization concepts? * High-Priority Tasks: Urgent or important tasks (e.g., exam preparation, project submission). * Medium-Priority Tasks: Important but not urgent (e.g., reviewing class notes). * Low-Priority Tasks: Tasks that can be postponed or delegated (e.g., casual reading). - you can use color-coding or labeling tasks based on their priority (e.g., red for high priority). - also allocate time for breaks and buffer periods. ***Homework Assignment Task: Implement the weekly schedule and keep a short journal each day to track adherence. Reflection: At the end of the week, write a one-page reflection discussing what worked well, challenges faced, and future adjustments.
