Thank you, Alex. It's a pleasure to be here. My journey into the maritime world began when I was a young boy. It's definitely a challenge, but I believe in setting clear priorities and boundaries. I try to be fully present, whether I'm at work or at home. I also make time for activities that I enjoy, like hiking and reading, which help me recharge. Having a supportive family and a team that I trust has been crucial in finding this balance.
