It’s 4:55 AM and all you hear is, 'Hello, this is HP Support, please hold!' Yeah right, at 4:55 AM? What’s next? The pizza delivery guy calling me to ask about my computer’s warranty?

Sounds like a scam, Tommy. But people actually fall for that? I mean, who would trust a company that calls them at such an ungodly hour?

Exactly! I mean, the only time I’d trust a call at 4:55 AM is if it’s from a pizza place telling me my favorite pie is ready! Listen, if you’re lying in bed and the phone rings, it better be someone trying to sell you a good deal on cheese, not trying to break into your digital life!

Almost! The client thought they were chatting with 'HP Support' because they googled it! Seriously? Googling for tech support at 5 AM? That’s like asking a toddler for directions to the nearest gas station!
