Good evening everyone! So, I recently watched this film called 'The Double Life of Veronique'. I thought it was a film about a girl with a really complicated identity crisis, but apparently, it's just Kieslowski saying, 'Hey, a bottle of milk is just a bottle of milk!' Who knew existential crises could be so mundane? I mean, if I wanted to watch a movie about milk, I'd just head to my fridge!

There’s this scene where the main character’s face gets reflected upside down on a spoon. And when asked about the symbolism, Kieslowski goes, 'It’s just a spoon!' At that point, I started to wonder if I was overthinking my morning cereal. Am I just pouring my life into a bowl of flakes? And don't get me started on the milk! Is it whole milk, or am I just a fraction of a person? The suspense is killing me!

So, quick poll: how many of you have seen 'The Double Life of Veronique'? Raise your hands! [pauses for audience response] Okay, now keep them up if you actually understood it. [pauses for response] Wow! A lot of confused faces! So, it’s settled. We’re all just bottle of milks trying to figure out our expiration dates!

In conclusion, if you ever feel lost in life, just remember: you could always be a character in a Kieslowski film. Just don’t get too attached to your reflection because who knows what it might bring! Now, if anyone needs me, I’ll be in my kitchen trying to figure out if my milk is giving me deeper life insights. Thanks for listening!
